Police vehicles were seen at the home of Patrick Illidge in Point Blanch, according to online sources. Illidge has gotten back to St Maarten. He is currently a key suspect in the Bada Bing Orca case. His attorney Mr Ralph Richardson is also not in St Maarten. A video was released showing Independent Parliamentarian Patrick Illidge accepting money from brothel owner, Jaap Van den Heuvel. Although both Van den Heuvel and Illidge both claim that it was the repayment of a loan, the authorities have decided to dig deeper. It is not supposed to be possible to arrest a sitting member of Parliament or a Minister, because there is an immunity clause in our Constitution for certain current members in Government. There was a special ruling held in mid December and at the end of December it was ruled that Parliamentarian Patrick Illidge could be prosecuted. Our sources are also claiming that there are more names on the detention list, including Parliamentarian Sylvia Olivacce Meyer’s husband, Toachie Meyers an associate of Jaap Van den Heuvel
