Katje Mans – Mauritsz de Kort – How is Judith Roumou supposed to get a fair trial or any justice when the below emails prove that not only were her judges conspiring to throw her cases, but they were literally in bed together.
Let me switch to the first person.
I, Judith Roumou filed criminal charges against Parliamentarian Leroy de Weever and his niece, Minister of Health at the time Cornelius de Weever. Parliamentarian, Leroy de Weever in February of 2014 assaulted me, stole my tablet, threatened to kill me and when I tried to call the police, smashed my phone to the ground. Minister Cornelius de Weever picked the phone up off of the ground and tried to put it back together.
Both the late Officer Gamali, who showed up with backup on the scene, and Detective at the time Gerard Van Dam explained to me that because the Parliamentarians and Ministers of the government of St Maarten had enacted legislations giving them IMMUNITY FROM ALL CRIME. I could file a police report with KPSM Police department, but they could do nothing.
I went to the hospital as advised by Officer Gamali, and then I went to the KPSM police station to file a report with Detective Gerard Van Dam.
He told me that he would turn the report over to the Lands Recherche, the Federal Police, but I left not expecting any actions to be taken against the Minister and Parliamentarian.
Some time later, I was contacted by the Lands Recherche, and met them at their Headquarters where we spoke for several hours. I spoke about the incident in English and Patois when necessary, the male officer repeated everything in Papiamentu, and the female Officer transcribed everything into Dutch for the official records.
Before I left the Lands Recherche headquarters, I was told by the officers that there was an official case, it would be called the “Potvis” case, which would be the “Potfish” case in English.
Everyone laughed when they found out that I had filed criminal charges against to sitting members of government. One a Minister, the other a Parliamentarian. They really believed that it would be my word vs the words of a Minister, a Parliamentarian and the people that they owned. Nobody believed that the case would go to court, and even if it did, I did not stand a chance in hell of winning it.

It is common knowledge in St Maarten, that court cases, especially those involving the police, the wealthy and the government are often throw by the Prosecutors or Judges themselves.
From the beginning I assured everyone that there was camera footage, undeniable evidence of what he had done, but still nobody would believe it. I was the first person in country Sint Maarten history to actually file criminal charges against members of government.
I WON that case, Petrus Leroy de Weever LOST the case, and there was even grainy camera footage shown in the courtroom showing him assaulting and robbing me. Here is one version from an independent Caribbean Online Paper

The “Potvis” case or blogger Judith Roumou vs Parliamentarian Petrus Leroy de Weever and Minister of Health Cornelius de Weever is very relevant to my blog about whoring Judges Katje Mans and her side piece Judge Mauritsz de Kort, because part of the reason that I was raided and arrested by the Police in June of 2015 was to destroy my credibility, label me a criminal which would in fact destroy my case against the De Weevers, the “Potvis” or “Potfish” case.
It was the Prosecutors Office, The Courts, the KPSM Police Department, the Government and almost the entire de Weever Family, along with blog-trickster Bibi Hodge Shaw, and Notorious con artist, Olivier Arrindell VS. Judith Roumou, her laptop, equipment and cameras…..

They were positive that they would get away with it, because nobody was supposed to know about my arrest that June morning, but before the police could get into my door, the cats had alerted me that someone was in my bed. I got up, saw them coming in, and before they could pry the doors off of the hinges. I got on Facebook which syndicates to millions via Google+, Twitter, Instagram and more. And broadcasted via the internet that the police were trying to get in, and I even named the lead detective Gerard Van Dam. I locked my computers.

The KPSM police soon got the shock of their lives, when they realized that before they could even get me to the police station, the world knew what they had done.
There were outcries from Holland and the United States, and The Dutch Tweede Kamer were up their asses.
It soon came to light that one of the people filing charges were the Chief of Police Mistress Bibi Hodge Shaw, a known Con Artist, Olivier Arrindell who has been repeatedly exposed as such before and after my arrest. The other people in the lawsuit against me were Leroy and his niece Cornelius de Weever, two people who I had criminal charges and a court case against since February 2014, Leroy’s sister Millicent de Weever, who used to be a politician, until Leroy in a drunken rage slapped her off of the stage during a political campaign, her career never recovered. Also Giovanella de Weever, Leroy’s daughter, also filed false charges.
With pressure from Holland, and the rest of the world, their case fell apart and they had to release me.
My Judge during my June illegal incarceration was one Judge Mauritsz de Kort of Aruba. Who got caught up in Aruba, so of course they sent him swishing to St Maarten

Judge Mauritsz de Kort was with approx. 15 police officers when they illegally entered my home and arrested me. The documents were shown to me in court by Prosecutor Karolla Van Nie, that it was Judge Mauritsz de Kort who signed the documents to have my innocent animals killed. The Judge presiding? Vice President of the Court Katje Mans.

My arrest which was called “The Amaryllis” case was supposed to:
1) Destroy “The Potvis” criminal case, that I had against two powerful politicians (they still lost in court)
2) Allow the Prosecutor and Police full access to my computers and devices which held incriminating evidence against the police chief, many politicians, videos, audios, emails documents and more.
Who are my sources? They wanted that information really badly ..Francesco Corallo documents..
3) They wanted to find out who my sources were, because I was getting info before the leader of Government Theo Heyliger was.
4) Theo Heyliger, then leader of Government was out for revenge, because certain Federal agencies in the United States had forced the banks to run background checks on certain clients. If the clients were involved in criminal activities, their accounts had to be closed. According to my number 1 source in the Government Administratin Building, Theo Heyliger the then leader of Government and head of the UPP party was furious at me, because his credit cards had been cut off in the United States. His “Black” credit cards, with unlimited spending. The banks had done a quick Google check about Theo Heyliger, and of course the first site they came to was this one. The American banks gave Theo Heyliger NO WARNING. They simply cut off his credit card. So nobody has to ask, or pretend they don’t know why an innocent person was arrested, or why they killed her animals to break her into signing false confessions, or why they would try to frame her.
Since 1999 I was diagnosed in the USA as being Asperger- Autistic… Asperger is at a higher spectrum, so they can communicate quite well-usually.
When the Prosecutor’s case quickly began to fall apart, they tried to turn the Asperger, Autism into a mental illness, and have me committed to the Mental Hospital. But that is another blog.

Lead Prosecutor Tineke Kamps who had sat down with me to discuss how well she knew and understood autism because her nephew was autistic. LIED repeatedly to the Newspapers, The Tweede Kamer and all media. Claiming that my animals were being taken care of by animal Welfare. She lied, within hours of my arrests, my little dog Josephine was shot, killed in the yard. Animal Welfare, then collected and put down the rest of the animals. As this is going on Detective Gerard Van Dam, is assuring me that my animals are okay, and if I talk and sign a false confession, they would be fed and taken care of. He also lied, the remaining animals were left starving in the house including kittens. I fed them as soon as I got home, and got them to the vet the next day.
To my knowledge NONE of the animals survived, but that is another blog.
My arrest in June 2015 was not the first time the police had illegally entered my home and taken me away without a cause or reason. They had done in June 22nd 2013 also, at three a.m. And also again in March 2014. This was simply the first time that their harassment and abuse was being broadcasted worldwide.
I had NO Attorney or lawyer the entire time I was locked up, I was without representation. When they did get me a so called lawyer…. who would it be? A member of the Board at GEBE… who appointed her to the GEBE Board? Evidently Theo Heyliger, leader of government- who wanted me locked up. That, my friends you call a ‘conflict’, how could I have this woman representing me, when she was so clearly compromised? It took weeks to find out that my animals had been killed by this beast:

I have DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE DIRECTLY FROM THE KPSM POLICE DEPARTMENT. They were present during everything. I have not released those emails, simply to protect my police source.
Because I had no lawyer, I was supposed to communicate directly with the Prosecutors and Judges. I also used a third person in the Netherlands, because everything was done in Dutch legalese.

At this time, Ronald Plasterk was pressured into doing something, he sent three representatives. But they could not stop anything as corrupt and criminal as the KPSM police department and the OM/Prosecutors Office.
They rearrested me in September. The charges were “Profanity”.. ain’t that a bitch?

Part of the reason that I was rearrested, was to FORCE Cor Merx as my lawyer. And they did try. They got me to the police station. They told me that Cor Merx would represent me. I told the police and Prosecutors Office.. the Black guy in the photo below peaking through the window at the people below protesting my illegal arrest:

They even brought in family to convince me to sign off on Cor Merx..
My response was “HELL NO!” I do NOT want a Convicted, Criminal, fresh out of prison, former Dutch Prosecutor and Judge Representing me, an anti-corruption blogger. I told them that as a convicted felon he wasn’t allowed to be practicing as a lawyer in a court of law anyway…
So they brought Cor Merx to the station anyway, and tried too PHYSICALLY force me into an office with him and his assistant, to make me accept him as a lawyer.
They could hear me screaming all the way to Pondfill road, and Cannegieter Street. “I DO NOT WANT THIS CRIMINAL COR MERX AS MY LAWYER!” They tried to grab me and force me into a conversation with him, but I just continued to scream all of his crimes and convictions at the top of my lungs, and why he could NOT be my lawyer.
The police ushered Cor Merx’s crooked ass out of the police station.
The next day I was brought to court, who do I see walking in? That psychopath Cor Merx!

I had to face off against Scow of the moment Prosecutor Karolla Van Nie, who took over after the Netherlands dragged both contaminated Tineke Kamps and Detective Gerard Van Dam back to Holland.

I was in court to find out who killed my animals, and the Prosecutors were still trying to get me into ‘mental health’ for my autism.
The first thing that fat Scow Carolla Van Nie told me, was that the Prosecutors would no longer demand that I get a “mental evaluation”, the way that fat bitch said it, you would think that she was expecting a cookie as a reward.
I told her, “Since my arrest, you have had full access to my mental health records and dossier, you know full well autism is not mental, so you don’t have a leg to stand on”.
This court date was the first time I was introduced to Vice President of the Court, Judge Katje Mans – up until then I had Judge Mauritsz de Kort.
But don’t forget now, this is when they had to explain to me how and why my animals were killed on day one.
Prosecutor Carollo Van Nie seemed proud to show me the documents signed by Judge Mauritsz de Kort giving permission to kill my animals.
It turns out, Judge Katje Mans, who is also Judge Mauritsz de Kort’s Superior, sent him on a Jamaican vacation, so that he wouldn’t have to look me in the eye and explain why he had put my animals down. And how after months of me asking him about my animals, he never ONCE told me they were dead, that he had them killed. Instead de Kort’s pretended that they were still alive and being taken care of by “Animal Welfare”. Animal Welfare ONLY supports KILL SHELTERS!
So suddenly, I have this ‘kind’, ‘benevolent’, ‘impartial’, ‘unbiased’ and ‘fair’ judge… Ms Katje Mans, and she would make sure I would get a fair trial……
HOW DID I FIND OUT FOR A FACT THAT THE JUDGES MANS AND DE KORT WERE CONSPIRING TO STICK CRIMINAL COR MERX ON ME AND DESTROY MY CASES?????
Well…. Dick-hungry Katje Mans ACCIDENTALLY emailed her plot conspiring to destroy me and my case, to ME- JUDITH ROUMOU! The email was meant for her vacationing Jamaican lover, Mauritsz de Kort – but she was so anxious to bail his ass out, she sent ME the email, instead of her lover Mauritsz de Kort.
And then she was STUPID enough to block and ban my email…. thinking that somehow THAT would put the Genie back into the bottle.. too late!!!!

Everyone knows who I am, and what I do by now. What I do most days is send information to millions of people within seconds online. So when I got the above “Lieve Mauritsz” email, first I had to recover from the shock. Then I had someone in Holland re-translate it for me, because I still couldn’t believe it. Then I returned her miss-sent email to her AND her lover, explaining to both judges sarcastically, that they had sent the wrong email to the wrong person, and that it was only proper etiquette that I resend them their email. But before I did that I CC’d everyone that I knew in the Tweede Kamer, the Eerste Kamer, the Curacao OM Prosecutors Office. Although I did not publish the emails before, many insiders were aware of it.
We tried to replace both corrupt judges, but of course the judges ruled that they were ‘clean’ and ‘ethical’ and that there was NO need to replace either of those conniving, lying judges in the email.
As noted, Ronald Plasterk was too busy posing and preening for the cameras to do his damn job, he did not get out of his hammock, where he was catching a tan, like an aging Kardashian.And Plasterk was angry that I had reposted the photos of him hanging with one of St Maarten’s biggest pimps and gangsta’s Jaap Van Den Heuvel

He sent three representatives, and they had to deal with all of the bullshit, and get me my property back from the police and get me my passport.
Now you have to go to the police to get a statement of a ‘clean record’ before they will issue you a passport. Also they cannot issue you a passport if you have pending criminal/court charges against you.. I got my passport ASAP! What does that tell you?
I have NO Convictions and NO Pending cases.
